  Me and my friends are a huge fan of hibachi and we decided to celebrate our friends birthday hear while we were in the state skiing. Unfortunately this place was a total bust. We were originally told it would take 10 minutes for our wait and it took 40 and other people were being sat before us. Finally we get sat and our server takes forever to get us our drinks and also messed up the drink order. Finally he came back with the drinks after about 10-15 minutes. One of our guest ordered sushi and it came out wrong and the server asked her if she was sure she didn't want that. He was trying to pressure her into keeping that meal instead of bringing her the correct order. We ordered our hibachi and we're told it would take about 20 minutes for the grill to completely warm up. 20 minutes goes by and they come to begin our meal but the grill was never turned on so unfortunately we had to wait. AGAIN. Meals were forgotten and messed up. Not to mention the meals are already high priced. When you go to a nice restaurant, you expect nice service. The service was absolutely horrible and this to me shows bad management. The only thing good about this place was the entertainment we got by our actual hibachi chef. He was amazing but that was the only thing that was good for us. We will not be visiting again.

  I never complain about restaurants...BUT. Went here recently with a larger group, with a few kids. We were annoyed right from the start regarding seating, because they have a ridiculous seating policy, and they ended up sticking us way in the back corner, and we still had to wait for others to show up before they started anything. Took forever to take drink orders, and took forever to come back with them. Had to ask 3 times for milk for a 2yr old before she started losing it. One younger guest ordered a sushi roll that didn't come out until we were almost done eating, and the waiter barely apologized and still charged us for it. We were barely getting into eating before they started cleaning the grill and were handed our check without asking if we wanted anything else. The table next to us complained that our sodas were put on their tab, and rather than just apologizing and eating his error, our waiter took our bill and adjusted it, adding the sodas that he had forgotten in error. Thank goodness the hibachi chef himself was kind of entertaining, although he kept going back and forth with an accent which I thought was just weird. And on top of it, it was very expensive and the food was just not that good. I will not be returning to this place!!

  Great experience! Some of the other reviews don't do this place justice. Beautiful restaurant, and the food was delicious all around. Our server Cara was fantastic, and Stan Lee our chef was superb. A little pricy for Hibachi, but a perfect Saturday night event, even with our large party!
